BioStar Air Partner Portal

BioStar Air Partner Portal is a dedicated platform designed for value-added resellers (VARs) with distribution agreements. Resellers use this platform to build new sites for customers and distribute credits efficiently.

Log in to the Partner Portal to perform the following tasks.

• Create new sites for customers.

• Allocate and distribute credits to those sites.

Access the Partner Portal

The Partner Portal is available only as a web portal. Visit it through the following link. https://partner.biostarair.com/

Sign up for the Partner Portal

1. After a distribution agreement is signed, an invitation email to sign up for the Partner Portal is sent.

2. Click Sign Up in the email.

3. Review and accept the privacy policy and terms of use.

4. When the sign-up screen with your email prefilled appears, enter the required information.

5. Complete the sign-up process and log in to the portal.

• The Partner Portal is for approved resellers only; site administrators and end users cannot access it.

• If the invitation email is not received, check the spam folder or contact the Partner Portal administrator.

• Verify that the email used for registration is correct. It cannot be changed after sign-up.
