Manage Users
This section explains how to create user accounts in BioStar Air, configure various credentials (mobile card, RF card, web card, facial authentication, PIN), and set access permissions and validity periods. It covers all aspects of user management, from managing individual users to performing bulk operations, managing user groups, and filtering.
Customers who began using BioStar Air access control before May 2025 may still be using the Airfob Space app, which has since been rebranded as the Suprema Pass app. Both apps offer identical functionality and are fully compatible. There is no need for existing users to switch — mobile credentials work seamlessly across both.
