Monitor Door Status

Monitor the status of doors connected to BioStar Air in real time. Check whether a door is locked or unlocked and the status of its relay sensor, and lock or unlock it remotely to control access.

Customers who began using BioStar Air access control before May 2025 may still be using the Airfob Space app, which has since been rebranded as the Suprema Pass app. Both apps offer identical functionality and are fully compatible. There is no need for existing users to switch — mobile credentials work seamlessly across both.

Monitor in the web portal

Monitor door status in the BioStar Air web portal. Click Monitoring → Door Status in the left sidebar. View the list of doors registered to BioStar Air.

Door status indicators

Check the following items for each door.

• Relay: Indicates whether the door is locked or unlocked.

• Door Sensor: Indicates whether the door is physically open or closed.

Unlock a door

Unlock the door remotely when it is online and connected to BioStar Air.

1. In the Door Control column, click Open Door.

2. The status in the Relay column changes to unlocked.

3. After the configured time elapses, the door returns to locked.

Set always-open mode

Keep a door unlocked indefinitely. Use this when temporary or visitor access is needed.

1. In the door list, click at the far right of the door to keep open.

   

2. Click Unlock Mode in the popup menu.

3. The status in the Door Control column changes to Remain Unlocked.

Click → Release to return to normal operation.

Set lock mode

Keep a door locked regardless of the current schedule. Use this when enhanced security is required.

1. In the door list, click at the far right of the door to keep locked.

   

2. Click Lock Mode in the pop-up menu.

3. The status in the Door Control column changes to Remain Locked.

Click → Release to return to normal operation.

Monitor door status on mobile

Monitor door status using the BioStar Air app on a mobile device.

1. Open the BioStar Air app on your mobile device and log in.

2. Tap Monitoring at the bottom of the home screen.

3. Tap the Door Status card.

4. View the list of doors registered to BioStar Air.

Control door access

If the door is connected to the network, the following actions are available.

• Open Door: Unlock the door remotely.

Tap at the far right of the door. 출입문 정보 및 제어 option appears.

• Unlock Mode / Lock Mode: Set the door to always-open or lock mode regardless of the schedule.

• Release: Release Unlock Mode or Lock Mode and return to normal operation.
